The King’s Cross estate is owned by the King’s Cross Central Limited Partnership. The public areas and many of the buildings are managed and maintained by a specialist team – King’s Cross Estate Services. This enthusiastic and dedicated team is committed to keeping King’s Cross clean, well-maintained, well-lit and secure at all hours of the day and night. The team respond quickly to any issues or concerns and are also be involved in organising and managing events and activities. One of the group’s main priorities is to establish a relationship with the people who live, own property and run businesses here. The team also works with the wider King’s Cross community including the local councils and transport authorities at the different stations.
