About Gourme Gourme is a London-based food robotics startup developing fully automated kitchens that prepare fresh, customizable meals from scratch. Our prototype stores 19 ingredients and can create over 100 meals without human involvement. We aim to launch 10 pilot machines across London in high-footfall areas (campuses, malls, airports) and scale through a franchise model.

Our ambition is to create a completely new type of fast food: quick, personalised, and genuinely healthy. Unlike conventional options, Gourme doesn’t just cook — it learns. By integrating health data, activity levels, and dietary preferences, our system can recommend and prepare meals that optimise nutrition for each individual. This means every plate is not only fast and delicious, but also tuned to improve focus, energy, and long-term wellbeing. Gourme is building the future of dining: food that adapts to you.
