Sophie designs two collections a year specialising in couture cocktail and evening wear as well as classic day pieces for the office and special occasions. She also makes made-to-measure pieces for clients throughout the year and can copy their own designs.
After graduating from London University with a BA Hons in History and Art History, Sophie studied clothing production and manufacture at the London College of Fashion. She then worked in the costume department of various museums before launching the Sophie Hale label.
Sophie is especially well known for her trademark coats, dresses and blouses. Sophie's philosophy is to source original top quality fabrics creating unique and beautifully handcrafted clothing for her clients. The styles are incredibly flattering with the utmost attention to detail.
