About Us

The Reinhart Group is a mission-driven mental health innovation company at the intersection of clinical psychology, data science, and immersive technology. Founded by a practising UK-based clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience, we exist to reimagine how individuals and organisations understand and support mental wellbeing.

We are building the next generation of mental health solutions—moving beyond static assessments and reactive care to offer passive, personalised, and preventative insights through cutting-edge technology.

Our Vision

To make mental health support as accessible, intelligent, and responsive as physical health—empowering individuals, clinicians, and employers alike.

Our Mission

To deliver data-driven, personalised mental health tools that adapt to the user—combining wearable technology, conversational AI, and immersive therapy to close the gap between need and access.

What We Do

🔹 Passive Mental Health Analytics

We integrate wearable tech, biofeedback, and digital behaviour (e.g. gaming patterns, voice tone) to passively monitor and assess mental health—eliminating the need for intrusive self-reporting.

🔹 AI-Powered Therapeutic Agents

We're developing an AI-based mental health companion that can conduct conversational assessments, generate psychological formulations, and signpost users to matched clinical resources.

🔹 Immersive Digital Therapy (VR-EMDR)

As the lead UK partner in a government-funded collaboration, we're localising and clinically validating VR-based EMDR therapy in partnership with Psylaris (Netherlands) and SyncVR Medical (UK).

🔹 Organisational Wellbeing & Talent Insight

Our employer solutions provide psychometric insights without active participation—redefining recruitment, performance reviews, and employee support through behavioural data.

Key Projects

  • VR-EMDR UK Localisation & Clinical Trial
Backed by a grant, this project brings immersive trauma therapy to the UK market. We lead the localisation, clinical validation, and commercialisation efforts alongside SyncVR and Psylaris.

  • AI Mental Health Companion
A hybrid diagnostic and therapeutic agent that engages users in conversation, formulates clinical understanding, and integrates with wearable data for dynamic personalisation.

  • p-EAP Platform for Employers
A preventive Employee Assistance Programme designed to reduce burnout, improve retention, and promote early intervention—powered by passive data and psychometric signals.

We blend clinical rigour with technological innovation
