An Apprenticeship is a real job with a programme of training to support you to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed for the role and your career progression.
As an employed member of UAL staff, you will work towards a recognised qualification and the completion of your apprenticeship training will be a condition of your contract of employment. You will be entitled to all the same staff benefits as other members of UAL staff.
