Main Duties

You Might Be a Good Fit If You…

  • Have a strong and consistent aesthetic sensibility
  • Care deeply about typography, color, and detail
  • Understand how design works on social media — not just in print
  • Bring your own visual references and creative opinions
  • Are interested in Japanese culture, fashion, and lifestyle
  • Love the process of refining something until it’s exactly right

Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, motion graphics, etc. are all a plus — but taste and visual instinct matter more than credentials.

No degree required.

What will the internship offer the student and what will they learn while they are with you? E.g. skills they could learn/develop and experience they could gain.

Graphic Design Internship

Berlin · Full-time · ASAP

NORITUAL LAB is a founder-led matcha brand based between Berlin and Tokyo, built around Japanese tea culture, craftsmanship, aesthetics, and ritual.

We’re looking for someone to shape how the brand looks together — across social, product, campaigns, and everything in between.

Not generic templates. Not safe, corporate visuals.

We want design that feels considered, intentional, and worth a second look.

You’ll work directly with the creative team on visual identity, social assets, campaign design, and shaping the overall aesthetic of the brand.

We’re especially interested in people who think deeply about typography, composition, and cultural references — and who have a clear visual point of view.

What We Offer

  • Competitive internship salary
  • High creative freedom
  • Fast execution & experimentation
  • Direct collaboration with founders
  • Long-term opportunities after successful internship results
  • Unlimited matcha
