Salary
£15–£20 per hour depending on experience, equipment and scope of work.
Hours
Flexible freelance/project-based work. Hours will vary depending on events and projects. Some workshops / events may involve half-day or full-day attendance.

Main Duties
Main duties
- Capture professional, candid photography during workshops, facilitation sessions, leadership programmes and live events.
- Film short-form and long-form video content within workshop and training environments.
- Capture authentic human moments, interactions, conversations and behind-the-scenes content.
- Work alongside The Mind at Work team to help document events and create engaging visual content.
- Organise and deliver edited photography selections after events.
- Support with editing existing video footage into social content, short-form clips and promotional material.
- Attend events primarily in and around London and the South East.
- Contribute creatively to the visual storytelling and ongoing content development of the organisation.
Skills and Experience Required
- Interest in photography, videography, visual storytelling or digital content creation.
- Strong eye for candid, warm and human-focused imagery.
- Comfortable working within live workshop and event environments.
- Good communication skills and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently whilst also collaborating with a wider team.
- Experience using photography/video equipment preferred but not essential.
- Experience with video editing software such as CapCut, Descript or similar is beneficial but not essential.
- Suitable for emerging creatives, students or freelance creatives looking to build portfolio and professional experience.
- Applicants should have access to their own photography/video equipment suitable for professional content capture.
- Experience using DSLR, mirrorless cameras or professional video equipment preferred.
- Basic understanding of lighting, audio and filming within live environments beneficial.
