Main Duties
Main activities will be:
– Generate new/exciting ideas for both content and activations
– Brainstorm and execute social content
– Curate promotion ideas for physical and online launches
– Independently lead content days
– Brainstorm sessions with founder
– Understands the brand and can foresee future direction
We are looking for
– Current student or recent graduate seeking hands-on experience within an emerging fashion brand
– Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage time effectively
– Confident working independently and taking initiative
– Proactive, self-sufficient, and highly organised
– Innovative and forward-thinking, with the ability to think creatively and contribute fresh ideas
– Able to understand the brand identity and align strategies, content, and ideas accordingly
– Strong awareness of current and emerging trends, with the ability to anticipate what will resonate with audiences and consumers

What will the internship offer the student and what will they learn while they are with you? E.g. skills they could learn/develop and experience they could gain.
The internship will offer hands-on experience working within an emerging fashion brand, providing the you with valuable insight into brand development, creative marketing, and content strategy.
Throughout the internship, the intern will develop skills in:
– Social media content creation and creative direction
– Trend forecasting and identifying emerging cultural movements
– Brand strategy and understanding brand identity
– Campaign ideation and launch planning for both digital and physical activations
– Creative brainstorming and pitching ideas
– Content planning, organisation, and execution
– Independent project management and leadership during content days
– Marketing communication within the fashion industry
You will also gain experience in working independently, developing creative confidence, and contributing ideas that directly shape the growth and direction of the brand. Regular collaboration and feedback sessions with the founder will provide ongoing support, guidance, and mentorship throughout the internship.
