Online if you’re based outside of Norwich. Hybrid If you’re based in Norwich. There may be the occasional opportunity to travel to Norwich (non-compulsory) depending on the task (eg. if we’re filming on site). Onsite location is in Norwich city centre.

Main Duties
Our current goal is to level up our business outreach by improving how we talk about what we do and where we make our voiceheard to reach new audiences. This is why we’re looking for someone who enjoys writing and brand storytelling to help us communicate our work more clearly.
Main duties include:
- Building a storyline around Lizzies Lines that captivates new and old audiences
- Helping define tone of voice guidelines and business taglines
- Ideating, writing and editing short- and long-form content for blogs, email, social media, press and more.
- Testing creative alternative ways of communicating our message (through words online, in print and in press)
- Turning past projects into moving case studies / stories
- Suggesting ways to improve how we communicate
- Supporting content for PDFs, pitch decks, emails, client communications and more
- Communicating with clients
What we are looking for
Helpful Skills include:
- – Genuine enjoyment for words, writing and reading
- – Interest in playful storytelling, communication and/or branding
- – Critical eye/ear for language, tone of voice and spelling or use of spell checking tools
- – Playful imagination and an empathetic heart to imagine what our readers would be enticed and excited to read
This role is perfect if you:
- If you enter a flow state when working with words and coming up with new creative ideas
- Want to develop your own brand voice and story to reach to your own target audience/clients
- Studied journalism, creative writing, english, media and communications or other.
- Are particularly motivated at the start of a project and at the end when adding all the final touches (I say this because my motivation is more alive in the editing stage so we would compliment each other’s energy well)
