About us

Intotum is an award-winning adaptive fashion brand redefining what inclusive fashion can look like. Designed with and for the disabled community, our clothing combines style, functionality, and dignity – proving that adaptive fashion should never mean compromising on personal style.

Founded by designer Hanan Tantush, Intotum has rapidly become one of the UK’s leading voices in adaptive fashion, with collections showcased at London Fashion Week, industry-first designs, and a global online community. Our work has been recognised through multiple national awards and international press coverage for pushing the boundaries of accessible and inclusive design.

We create fashion-forward, ready-to-wear clothing that addresses real-life accessibility challenges — from seated-wear tailoring and stoma access to sensory-friendly childrenswear and adaptive sportswear innovation. Our childrenswear line, Intots, is developed closely with parents and carers to support a wide range of needs including tube feeding, sensory sensitivities, autism, and medical access requirements.

Working at Intotum is fast-paced, creative, and deeply purpose-driven. Everything we do starts with listening to our community and solving problems through design. We take everyday barriers people face with clothing and turn them into innovative, stylish solutions that allow people to dress with confidence, independence, and self-expression.
