Part Time Fine Jewellery Sales Advisor

Main Duties

• Responding to customer enquiries across email, live chat, WhatsApp and phone call
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout all stages of the client journey
• Hosting one-to-one appointments both virtually and in person at our London showroom
• Supporting clients with jewellery, gemstone and diamond guidance
• Building meaningful long-term relationships with clients through follow-ups and aftercare
• Assisting with bespoke and made-to-order jewellery enquiries
• Ensuring the showroom is maintained to the highest luxury standards
• Supporting repairs, aftercare and customer service queries with professionalism and empathy
• Ensuring jewellery is presented and handled in line with brand and security standards
• Supporting wider showroom and business operations with a proactive and team-focused mindset

Skills and Experience Required

• Strong written and spoken English
• A warm, confident and professional communication style
• A genuine interest in jewellery, luxury retail, sales, e-commerce or customer experience
• Someone eager to learn and grow within a creative and entrepreneurial environment
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
• Comfortable using digital tools such as Google Suite, Shopify and WhatsApp
• Previous customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essential
• Work authorisation in the UK is required
