Main Duties

LEMALIE —  is a London-based luxury hat brand creating fully handcrafted, bespoke pieces.

Each hat is made to order and tells a personal story — combining traditional craftsmanship with a modern, fashion-forward aesthetic.

* Film content during studio days (behind the scenes of hat-making, process, details, atmosphere, create a story)
* Create short-form video content (Reels + Instagram Stories)
* Edit video into engaging, polished social media content
* Capture high-quality photography (studio + occasional outdoor lifestyle shots)
* Translate brand identity into visual storytelling (luxury, handcrafted, personal)
* Support with styling and visual direction where needed
* Deliver a selection of edited videos + images after each content day
– Content needs to match the current asthetic of the brand

Role overview

I am looking for a freelance videographer/content creator to support ongoing content creation for social media (primarily Instagram).

The role involves regular content days in my studio, capturing the process of creating hats, as well as producing engaging video and photo content that reflects the brand’s aesthetic and storytelling.

Skills and Experience Required

* Experience in videography and content creation for social media (Instagram-focused)
* Confident using a camera (Canon preferred – I have a Canon 6D available in studio)
* Strong eye for composition, light, and capturing atmosphere
* Ability to tell a story through video (not just filming, but creating narrative that is engaging on sicial media and fits the vibe of the brand
* Editing skills (Reels-style edits, pacing, music, cuts)
* Interest in fashion, craftsmanship, or luxury brands is a plus
* Self-directed, reliable, on time and responsible
