New Faces Development / Image Booker – Women’s Division

Main Duties

This role is as an agent on our New Faces Division with responsibility for the development of new face models. This includes liaising with the talent, their families / guardians, organising test shoots, casting & catwalk training, providing pastoral support to the talent, researching new photographers for test shoots, developing the models’ portfolios with a view to booking them with clients in particular editorial ones.

Skills and Experience Required

Ideally booking experience within a model agency but otherwise a strong interest in and experience of working in fashion marketing and fashion photography with the ability to demonstrate excellent knowledge of fashion clients, fashion publications, fashion photographers & stylists is essential. Being highly organised, with self-motivation and a strong work ethic is vital, as is a good phone manner and the ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with new faces, their families, clients etc.
