Main Duties
Brand & Marketing Collateral
- Design and produce marketing brochures, property presentation packs, and promotional materials to a consistently high standard
- Support the development, maintenance, and roll out of Unity’s brand guidelines across all assets and channels
- Prepare and update the Unity documents for internal and external distribution to prospective customers and stakeholders
Social Media, Website and Digital Communications
- Support the creation of digital assets and copy for internal and external communications
- Create, schedule, and publish social media content showcasing Unity’s development projects, maintaining a professional tone and strong visual identity
- Update and maintain key website content, including project pages and news/insights
- Monitor social media comments and messages, responding to basic enquiries
- Track engagement, reach, and follower growth to inform and optimise future content strategies
Property Documents & Customer Communications
- Produce and update welcome books and property-specific documents for new and prospective tenants
- Collaborate with Real Estate, Development, and Facilities teams to capture updates and resident experiences for marketing content
- Coordinate the design and production of the annual customer survey
- Coordinate with the design studio to source images, renders, and supporting narratives
- Showcase architectural and interior design quality across company projects
Skills and Experience Required
- An academic degree from a recognised institution in Graphic Design, Marketing, Architecture, and/or a related field with relevant experience
- Strong visual design sensibility with meticulous attention to brand consistency and detail
- Confident managing social media platforms, scheduling tools, and basic website/CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; confident engaging with staff and clients in a professional environment
- Comfortable collaborating across multiple time zones and cultures
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- A keen interest in property, design, and urban living environments is highly desirable
- Adobe creative suite / Canva or similar
- Strong visual thinking, branding, layout, and presentation skills
Experience with 2D/3D visualisation tools turned into marketing style – visuals
