Main Duties
Primary Duty: Art Dept / Image Co-ordination
Photography / Videography: Shooting pictures and videos of talent using a Digital SLR for use on social media feeds, the website and sent to clients.
Image Management: Scanning, tearing, editing, resizing, saving, uploading the imagery of the talent Storm represents to our website/CRM programme; keeping web page, model cards and online portfolios up to date.
Designing and creating newsletters, grids/mailouts and other templates
Working as part of a team managing Storm’s social media channels – choosing, filming and uploading content, especially Tik Tok.
Working with the art dept and talent agents to co-ordinate a general strategic approach for all social media channels across all brands
Other:
Digital marketing
Market intelligence gathering and research
Instilling and communicating good marketing and communications practice across the organisation
Website: co-ordinate onsite content updates – updating news pages and talent images, SEO, analytics
CMS and CRM management, Leadforensics (or similar) – you will have training so general knowledge of other systems
Create promotional content including brochures, videos, newsletters, EPK’s etc.
Management of agency’s Tik Tok & YouTube feeds & the Storm Scouts Instagram page incl. creation of still & video content.
Skills and Experience Required
MUST HAVE: Photoshop (running actions; saving images; editing).
MUST HAVE: lndesign (creating marketing materials using templates).
MUST HAVE: A passion for the fashion industry, fashion photography, catwalk, models
MUST HAVE: Videography – shooting and editing. Creating original video content. Experience of Premier Pro.
MUST HAVE: Photography- experience of lighting, picture composition & use of studio equipment.
Adobe Creative Cloud apps as necessary
Good knowledge of managing social media feeds / platforms. Keeping up to date with developments on the apps; interpreting analytics to deliver best performance.
Creative, inventive and adaptable
Experience in a marketing role including product / brand promotion would be beneficial
Excellent communication skills
Good understanding of digital environment in relation to brand marketing in both B2B and B2C environments
