Part-Time Online Marketing Specialist (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO & Performance Strategy)

Salary From £18 per hour + bonus
Hours Part-time (flexible hours). Approximately 1 day per week in the office in Central London, with the rest of the work completed remotely.

Main Duties

Managing and optimising Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive bookings and revenue.

Developing and implementing performance marketing strategies to support business growth.

Supporting and improving SEO performance and visibility.

Creating, testing and analysing promotional campaigns, offers and marketing initiatives.

Monitoring conversion performance and identifying opportunities to improve the booking experience.

Setting up and managing tracking, analytics and reporting to ensure accurate performance insights.

Preparing clear performance reports and recommendations.

Identifying growth opportunities and scaling successful marketing activities.

Supporting email marketing campaigns and customer communications where needed.

Working closely with the founder and team to implement marketing ideas quickly and effectively.

Skills and Experience Required

Good working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital marketing performance metrics.

Ability to analyse campaign data and identify opportunities for optimisation.

Comfortable working with analytics, tracking tools and reporting platforms.

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage tasks independently.

Strategic mindset with an interest in performance marketing and growth.

Proactive attitude and willingness to test ideas and improve results.

Good communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.

Interest in hospitality, tourism, luxury experiences or experiential brands is a plus.
