Main Duties
- Creative Artworking: You’ll be artworking across multiple projects — from packaging to product cards, marketing materials to custom labels. You’ll know how to make designs production-ready, catching every detail.
- Proofing & Production Prep: Create clean, clear production proofs that act as the blueprint for our production team and suppliers.
- Visual Concepts: Jump into idea-generating conversations, support design concepts for client pitches, and help turn creative ideas into polished visuals.
- Pitch Decks & Presentations: Design client-facing decks that tell a strong visual story, often working under time pressure.
- Digital Design: Support with editing images for our full online presence, across our two websites, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
- All-Rounder Attitude: This is a fast-paced environment — we’re looking for someone who takes initiative, works quickly, and is happy to pick up whatever’s needed to get the job done.
Skills and Experience Required
- Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite – with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop as absolute essentials. You’re confident moving between platforms and excel at editing files, crafting compelling client proposals, and transforming creative ideas into polished, visual concepts.
- Someone who is exceptionally detail-oriented with a sharp eye for what works best across every stage of a creative brief, right from the initial concept straight to final execution. You have a strong sense of layout, typography, and branding, with a clear understanding of how design choices translate through to print production. Every element you touch is thoughtful and meticulous.
- Comfortability working to tight deadlines, whilst bringing a contagious energy that ensures clients not only feel heard but are also guided toward what’s truly possible. You thrive when juggling multiple projects and collaborate seamlessly within a team of creatives operating at the helm of the gifting space.
- Someone who is a natural problem-solver, you take initiative to find the best solutions while keeping a cool head under pressure. Whether it’s a last-minute client change or taking ownership of a new and exciting inbound lead, you handle it all with confidence and composure.
- An individual who is eager to dive into this new adventure, you are unafraid to roll up your sleeves, get stuck in, and learn quickly as part of a close-knit and collaborative team.
