Part-Time Marketing Assistant

Main Duties

As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll be responsible for developing engaging, on-brand content for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, and crafting visually appealing and effective email campaigns. This is a part-time role ideal for someone creative, organised, and social media savvy who has an appreciation for lifestyle and fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise pre-existing content to create engaging images and videos which fit in with my existing visual identity.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit new photo and video content (mainly for Reels/TikToks) that showcases my jewellery in an aspirational and engaging way.
  • Write weekly blog entries on your proposed jewellery related themes.
  • Help to develop my brand pack (fonts/colours) which can be used in Canva, Capcut and across all socials.
  • Create and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest to grow engagement and followers.
  • Develop and send email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or Klaviyo (design, copywriting, and scheduling).
  • Collaborate with Genevieve to align content with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest new ideas for content.

Skills and Experience Required

Requirements:

  • Experience creating social media content for brands (ideally in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle)
  • Confident with photography, videography, editing tools, and scheduling platforms
  • Strong visual eye and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms
  • Self-starter, reliable, and comfortable working independently
  • Passion for jewellery, aesthetics, and storytelling

Bonus Points:

  • Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Experience with influencer outreach or UGC sourcing
