About Nothing
Nothing exists to make tech feel exciting again.
We’re building a different kind of technology company, one that puts design, emotion, and human creativity at the heart of everything we do. From the way our products look and feel to how we communicate and show up in culture, we believe technology should make you feel something.
Founded in London in 2020, we’ve grown from idea to global challenger in just a few years. Backed by GV (Google Ventures), EQT Ventures, and C Ventures, and investors like Tony Fadell (iPod), Casey Neistat, and Kevin Lin (Twitch), we’re now sold in 40+ markets with millions of users worldwide.

How we work
We’re building better tech by moving fast, and that demands a strong collective effort. To ensure rapid, friction-free collaboration and shared creative energy, physical presence is a core requirement at Nothing. This means working 5 days a week in the office and living within a 60-minute commute of the office location.
About the team
The Marketing team at Nothing is a small, independent group of creators who move fast to build something better. We don’t do legacy tech marketing; we focus on making tech feel exciting and fun again. Currently, we are solving the challenge of maintaining a sharp, human voice while scaling our global presence across smartphones and audio. You’ll be joining a team that values direct communication and prioritises action over corporate filler.
What you’ll do
- Scale our online presence by merchandising products and managing CRM flows to keep our global store running smoothly.
- Build visual assets as a Graphic Designer and Artworker, ensuring every piece of content reflects our design-led identity.
- Launch media relations campaigns by crafting sharp press releases and managing product sampling for global outlets.
- Create short-form content and snappy captions for our social channels, tracking performance to see what sparks emotion.
- Support Product Marketing for Audio and Smartphone categories, turning technical specs into useful, human stories.
- Manage marketing operations and paid media assets to ensure our campaigns are delivered fast and with precision.
- Foster a worldly community by engaging in direct conversations and planning events that bring our supporters together
Skills and Experience Required
What we’re looking for
- A pragmatic creator who takes full ownership of their work and doesn’t wait for a consensus to start building.
- Excellent written communication skills in British English with a distaste for corporate jargon or buzzwords.
- A sharp eye for design and detail, ensuring everything from a social post to a PDP is polished and expressive.
- The ability to move fast in a startup environment, managing multiple tasks without losing creative momentum.
- A human-first approach to marketing that prioritises warmth and optimism over generic CEO-speak.
- An analytical mindset that finds it useful to dig into insights to show, rather than tell, what is working.
- A culturally aware individual who is passionate about how tech can inspire people and spark emotion.
How we work
We build better tech by moving fast. That speed demands direct collaboration and shared creative energy. We believe the best work happens when we’re together. -Location: London (Kings Cross & Farringdon offices). -Working Pattern: This is a full-time, in-office role (5 days a week). We move fast, and that means being physically present. We design flexibility around personal needs, but we focus on the magic that sparks when we’re all in the same room. -Commute: We ask that you live within a 60-minute commute of your home office location.
