PR & Communications Intern

Main Duties

What you will do:

  • Coordinate samples and support with the organization of the PR Showroom and sample cupboard.
  • Support in the collation of weekly and monthly results.
  • Support the wider team with seasonal brand moment activations.
  • Distribute product focus documents and assets to PR agencies.
  • Support in the organization of store loans and regularly communicate with store teams.
  • Support the team with sample requests for press and influencers.
  • Contribute to presentation compilation to support the wider team.
  • Arrange courier bookings and send out shipments to external partners, including invoices for international shipments.
  • Build relationships with key internal stakeholders to fulfill ad-hoc requests and contribute to the wider strategy.

  • Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.

Additional information

This is a paid, full time 6 month temporary contract based at our Head Office in London starting Monday 13th April,2026.
