Main Duties
JOB DESCRIPTION
This is an exciting position, for someone who knows E-commerce and the Resale Luxury retail market. You may be operating as a Merchandise Administrator or Assistant Buyer within a current capacity. Ideally, you’ll have a good knowledge of premium luxury brands, vintage trends and an e-commerce background . A strong interest in e-commerce retailing, buying and merchandising is a plus.
Ad hoc duties are also an essential daily part of the job role as he or she is providing full administrative support to the team.
Location: HQ in Chelsea , London
The type of person we are looking forward for:
- Commercial experience gained in a fashion retail environment (ideally luxury, multi-brand)
- Off-Price experience will be a distinct advantage
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills and are computer literate
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Commercial Awareness – working to develop full understanding of the nature of our business, products and competitive market in order to drive the best performance
- Team player mentality – build relationships with other internal and external teams and functions for personal and business development
- Strong eye for detail and organisational skills and strives for a high level of accuracy
- Proactive nature and are able to work with stringent deadlines
- Excellent work ethic and ability to multi-task
- A professional approach with excellent communication skills
- Keen interest in trends and sustainability and vintage fashion
Your main responsibilities will be
- assist in placing the orders, inserting the orders in the system, send confirmations
- create proforma invoices, customs papers, shipping documents, organize shipments
- Monitor the online store to make sure the collection is well represented (photography, styling, recommended prices)
- Analyse past collections and historical references
What you’ll be involved in:
- Supporting buying and product selection decisions
- Researching brands, pricing, resale value, and market demand
- Assisting with stock intake, categorisation, and inventory
- Evaluating condition, authenticity, and commercial viability of pieces
- Supporting sourcing and supplier coordination where relevant

Skills and Experience Required
Requirements:
– English language – native level speaking and writing.
– Excellent mathematics skills are a must
– Communications skills – you know how to carry on professional correspondence via email and phone.
– Desire to develop a long-term career in wholesale
– High organisational skills, ability to schedule and manage your own workflow
– Knowledge of PHOTOSHOP or CANVA
