Main Duties
【Job Responsibilities】
- Portfolio Evaluation & Strategy: Evaluate students’ current works and determine tailored study plans based on their individual skill levels and aspirations.
- Curriculum Development: Identify students’ unique characteristics and strengths, and formulate comprehensive teaching plans by integrating professional portfolio development methodologies.
- Technical Guidance & Troubleshooting: Provide expert advice to resolve technical challenges encountered during the creative process and offer constructive recommendations for improvement.
- Creative & Skill Enhancement: Guide students in developing their creative thinking, elevate their overall design capabilities, and mentor them to produce high-quality portfolio projects.
- Marketing Support: Participate in company seminars, workshops, and other promotional events to support brand building and market outreach initiatives
Skills and Experience Required
【Job Requirements】
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Background: Possess overseas study experience (preferably in an English-speaking country) or work experience in the art/design field.
- Major: Majors in Game Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, Fashion Design, Illustration, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, or other related art disciplines.
- Employment Type: Open to both Full-time and Part-time candidates.
