Main Duties

  • Welcoming customers to our pop-up with warmth, confidence and genuine product knowledge
  • Starting conversations, building rapport, and guiding shoppers through our best-selling petite styles
  • Creating an inclusive, uplifting space for petite and extra-petite women — many shopping for the first time without compromising fit
  • Supporting daily running of the kiosk (merchandising, tidying, stock checks)
  • Featuring in short-form social content filmed in-store (natural, friendly interactions only)

Skills and Experience Required

  • Women with proven retail or sales experience
  • Petite or extra-petite candidates especially encouraged — lived experience helps you connect deeply with our customers (4ft–5’4”)
  • Ideally middleweight and/or with prior kiosk or pop-up experience
  • Confident speaking to customers and driving sales without being pushy
  • Comfortable being on your feet for up to 6 hours
  • Motivated, reliable and genuinely excited about the DEWEY mission
