Main Duties
- Work in close partnership with the Head of Creative, Head of Marketing and wider creative leadership team to bring our brand vision to life across social.
- Contribute original, platform-first content concepts and ongoing series that speak directly to each audience and encourage meaningful engagement.
- Keep a close eye on emerging formats, trends and cultural moments, particularly across Instagram and TikTok, and lead on how we show up in those spaces.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to deliver branded content campaigns, ensuring output meets client objectives while remaining true to our brand voice and best practice.
- Monitor performance across all channels, using analytics to refine creative approaches and contribute insights to inform longer-term strategy. Report regularly on key metrics such as engagement, reach, audience growth and traffic/conversion.
- Assist in thoughtful and responsive community management, nurturing relationships and fostering a warm, engaged and inclusive social presence.
- Stay ahead of platform updates and algorithm shifts, sharing recommendations internally and helping the team adapt quickly.
- Support to identify and build relationships with advocates, contributors, tastemakers and cultural voices who align with Glassette’s perspective and aesthetic.
- Work closely with editorial and partnerships teams to connect narratives across channels and amplify storytelling moments.
- Seek out opportunities to deepen Glassette’s reach and strengthen community connection through new ideas, collaborations and editorial angles.
- Partner with talent and influencers to produce content, and support in identifying potential long-term brand ambassadors.
Skills and Experience Required
- 1–2 years’ experience running social channels for a lifestyle brand, publisher or creative studio.
- A good eye and strong editorial sensibility; you understand tone, visual storytelling and what makes content feel human and compelling.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- A genuine love for interiors, design, culture and aesthetics; you naturally notice the details.
- Comfortable using analytics tools to interpret performance and inform decision-making.
- Organised, creative, proactive and resourceful; you enjoy learning and taking initiative.
- Collaborative, self-motivated and considerate; you work well in a small, agile team environment.
- A Glassette fan, someone who knows and loves the brand.
