Sales Assistant

Main Duties

Atelier Three is looking for a people-first, creative-minded Sales Assistant to join our small, passionate team.

We want someone who can make customers feel welcome, listened to, and inspired. We want someone who enjoys real conversations, build human-to-human connections, can tell the stories behind our designs, and curate a brilliant customer journey.

What you’ll do:

• Work 7.5-hour shifts, 1–3 days per week (flexible)
• Greet and engage with every customer in a warm, authentic way
• Share the stories and inspiration behind our collections
• Create a store atmosphere that feels like a friendly, creative community
• Maintain a beautifully presented, inviting space

Skills and Experience Required

Being a great and strong communicator, and enjoying giving customers a personal, positive experience
Paying attention to detail and taking pride in keeping our storefront inviting and cared for
Bringing warmth, positivity, and good energy to every interaction
