Kickstart your career at the heart of a creative agency, supporting new business pitches, learning the ins and outs of account management, and discovering what it takes to build legendary brands. If you have an interest in learning more about advertising, creative, digital, and social media, this could be the role for you!

JOAN London is an independent creative company. It is a group of ambitious, deeply loyal, culture-first big idea thinkers who help brands and people become modern legends. JOAN London prides itself on creating campaigns that stand out in a cluttered environment, with real impact for the brands it works with. The belief is that all brands can be modern legends, whether that’s a legendary brand in need of modernising, or a new start-up/scale-up that JOAN can turn into a legendary brand.

An account executive is a crucial part of both the account management team and the agency. They are reliable and adaptable, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. They make things happen because they have their finger on the pulse, are proactive, know where things are on the system/in the process, and are always up for learning new things and supporting the team and agency in whatever is required.

JOAN London is looking for an enthusiastic person to join the account management team as an intern account executive, with a particular focus on supporting the leadership team on new business development and pitching. This will give you exposure to the agency management team, assisting in their pursuit to drive the business forward. Over six months you’ll develop key skills needed to become an account executive in an agency setting, through hands-on experience across a range of activities relating to the role.
