Main Duties

We’re looking for a Creative Partnerships Manager to shape and grow collaborations across our three brands. From influencers and UGC creators to brands, events, and affiliates, you’ll build partnerships that connect with people and tell a story.

It’s a great fit for someone who combines creativity with drive, who enjoys developing ideas but also knows how to make them happen. You’ll work closely with our marketing and content teams, leading everything from concept development to delivery.

What you’ll do

  • Build and manage influencer, UGC, brand, and affiliate partnerships
  • Develop creative partnership ideas that reflect each brand’s personality
  • Create clear influencer and UGC briefs with strong storytelling direction
  • Organise and run brand activations and events
  • Lead on video and photoshoots, from planning to final assets
  • Negotiate collaborations and manage partner relationships
  • Analyse results, report on performance, and refine strategy based on data
  • Keep projects on track, meeting timelines and hitting KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns and content

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience managing influencer, brand, or event partnerships
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, creative briefing, and visual communication
  • Hands-on experience planning events or productions
  • A creative eye and a feel for what resonates with audiences
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
  • Confident analysing performance and reporting insights
  • Comfortable working to targets and deadlines
