Main Duties
Digital
- Develop innovative creative content plans for clients and the agency
- Deliver creative assets in line with the Account Manager’s brief
- Store the final assets in the drive and ensure tidiness
- Manage your time to work within the scope of every client
- Provide creative input for a wide range of projects with distinct goals for clients and potential clients
- As appropriate, manage the day-to-day relationship with clients
- As appropriate, create and present your work to clients (Playbook, content plan, proposal)
- Bring your passion for new creative thinking and new creative delivery to the agency every day
Web
- UX/UI design for websites
- Website wireframing and structure design
- Visual research
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design-to-build handoff
- Ensure websites are visually compelling, accessible, and optimized for different devices (responsive design)
- Contribute to the creation of interactive elements, animations, and user journeys that enhance engagement
- Support with website content updates and quality assurance
Skills and Experience Required
- Knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro/Capcut
- Experience with UX/UI Design and wireframing
- Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into digital campaigns that engage and inspire
- Maintain a deep awareness of social media trends and deliver regular content for the social media accounts
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing and PR strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and social media engagement
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and with clients
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong eye for design, detail, and storytelling
