Digital Creative Executive

Main Duties

Digital

• Develop innovative creative content plans for clients and the agency
• Deliver creative assets in line with the Account Manager’s brief
• Store the final assets in the drive and ensure tidiness
• Manage your time to work within the scope of every client
• Provide creative input for a wide range of projects with distinct goals for clients and potential clients
• As appropriate, manage the day-to-day relationship with clients
• As appropriate, create and present your work to clients (Playbook, content plan, proposal)
• Bring your passion for new creative thinking and new creative delivery to the agency every day

Web

• UX/UI design for websites
• Website wireframing and structure design
• Visual research
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design-to-build handoff
• Ensure websites are visually compelling, accessible, and optimized for different devices (responsive design)
• Contribute to the creation of interactive elements, animations, and user journeys that enhance engagement
• Support with website content updates and quality assurance

Skills and Experience Required

• Knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro/Capcut
• Experience with UX/UI Design and wireframing
• Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into digital campaigns that engage and inspire
• Maintain a deep awareness of social media trends and deliver regular content for the social media accounts
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing and PR strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and social media engagement
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and with clients
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong eye for design, detail, and storytelling
