Midweight Graphic Designer – Join Noodoll ^ᗜ^

Salary Freelance, ongoing contract. Pay will be based on experience, commitment and skills.

Location This role requires you to be based at our London Waterloo office for a minimum of three days a week and may occasionally involve travel within the UK or abroad for meetings, trade fairs, and visits to suppliers and sales partners.

We’re on the lookout for a multi-talented Graphic Designer​-​  a proactive, imaginative creative with mid-level experience​, to become the guardian of Noodoll’s visual identity. The Role (Versatile + Creative Freedom)

This is a versatile role for a designer who loves seeing ideas through from start to finish. You’ll work across the product lifecycle​-​  from concept and design to development, packaging, and content for both B2B and B2C audiences.

Noodoll is on an exciting path to global growth, with a loyal community and stockists worldwide. The brand thrives on playful​ and original design, and this role sits at the heart of that creative journey, bringing our whimsical characters to life across every touchpoint.

 

Skills and Experience Required

  • A deep appreciation for and resonance with the Noodoll brand, with an understanding of its market reach.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Suite, Canva, or Figma; knowledge of Klaviyo is a bonus.
  • Experienced in print design, including preparing accurate, production-ready files.
  • Fluent and confident in written and verbal English; knowledge of Chinese is a bonus.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively, contributing positively to our close-knit team.
  • Proactive and curious, with a continuous learning mindset and a drive to grow with the brand.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently and report progress proactively.
  • Attention to detail in both design and production.
  • Experience creating digital content, with an understanding of B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Solution-oriented attitude: a trouble-shooter, not a trouble-maker.
  • Ambitious to grow globally with us, with a mindset that embraces creativity and limitless possibilities!
