Your Journey with CASETiFY 

We are inviting you to undergo a 24-month journey at CASETiFY, getting to know the essence of our creative and innovative lifestyle industry. You will be going through a comprehensive and insightful journey which includes but not limited to:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives
  • Assist in analyzing market trends, conducting research, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Support in managing projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting objectives
  • Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the overall success of the organization through active engagement and innovative thinking

We offer two distinct tracks for our 2026-2028 program:

Commercial Track (24 months)

  1. Foundation: To equip trainees with a fundamental understanding of the business, industry, and operational processes (Working hours will fluctuate based on retail store rotational assignments, potentially including weekends and non-standard shifts)
  2. Core: To provide trainees with in-depth experience in specific functional areas, allowing them to develop specialized skills
  3. Leadership: High-level exposure to business strategy, P&L oversight, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership

Retail Track (24 months)

  1. Foundation: To equip trainees with a fundamental understanding of the business, industry, and operational processes. Master the operational cadence of a retail store and understand the key drivers of its success from the perspective of a team member (Working hours will fluctuate based on retail store rotational assignments, potentially including weekends and non-standard shifts)
  2. Functional Expertise: Understand the “why” behind our product selection and learn how data drives assortment and allocation decisions. Connect product decisions with logistical reality, ensuring product availability while optimizing inventory levels
  3. Strategic Application: Understand company’s operations, strategic decision-making, and how operational decisions translate into financial results. Synthesize all previous learning and apply

Upon completion of the 24-month journey, you should be in the capacity of a Senior Officer or an Assistant Manager role who is equipped with solid and holistic ground operations know-how and functional competencies and embedded with the experience and skills of CASETiFY.
