Now, we’re looking for a Researcher to join our boutique team – someone who can combine curiosity, rigour, and an eye for creativity.

What you’ll do:
✨ Map out the markets and uncover leadership talent others can’t find
✨ Partner with Managing Partners on high-impact, often confidential searches
✨ Track trends, company moves and industry shifts in the creative world
✨ Build relationships with people who are redefining their industries

Skills and Experience Required

What we’re looking for:
✔ Previous middleweight industry experience and above in an office-based, research, or client-focused role
✔ Affinity with the creative industries – whether through work, study or personal passion
✔ Organised, detail-driven and commercially sharp
✔ Confident communicating with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities
