Main Duties

We’re seeking a Creative Administrative Assistant to support a 6-month international art consultancy project. This remote role reports directly to the Creative Manager and involves assisting with day-to-day operations, including project coordination, creating client proposals, mock-ups, and visual proofs.

This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-driven, and passionate about art and interiors.

  • Assist in curating artworks to fit specific project briefs and interior styles
  • Organise and update internal image libraries and project archives
  • Collaborate with the team to support project timelines and deadlines
  • Create and format client-facing presentations
  • Assist with the development of creative proposals and art concepts
  • Help manage and organise visual assets, artist portfolios, and reference imagery
  • Assist in the visual mock-ups of artworks using Photoshop, helping to communicate aesthetic concepts clearly and effectively
  • Print, prepare, and organise physical samples of artworks for client review or presentation meetings
  • Multitask across various phases of the project, ensuring all visual aesthetics remain consistent and approved throughout
  • Liaise with suppliers and artists, maintaining strong, professional relationships
  • Flexible hours, depending on work schedule

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proficient in Photoshop or other photo editing software is required
  • Interest or experience in the art or interior design industry (preferred)
  • Basic image editing and formatting skills for digital and print use
  • Confident with presentation tools (e.g. Keynote, PowerPoint, Canva)
  • Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction
  • Experienced using Excel, Word, and general office tools
  • Degree or background in Fine Art, Design or a related creative field (preferred)
  • Experience in a gallery, interior design studio, art consultancy, or creative agency is a plus
