We work with forward-thinking institutions to build sustainable recruitment pipelines, design student selection strategies, and co-develop scalable educational services.

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive (B2B) to lead the growth of our institutional partnerships. In this role, you will identify and build relationships with international schools, education agencies, platforms, and other academic organisations to expand the reach of our school-facing services and joint programs.

This is a highly dynamic role requiring entrepreneurial drive, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with potential B2B partners, including international schools, education groups, and academic platforms.

Build long-term, trust-based relationships with decision-makers in education institutions.

Promote Avandy’s institutional services, such as student placement collaboration, school selection systems, and admissions consulting.

Develop proposals tailored to the goals and needs of partner organisations.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver joint projects with excellence.

Attend international education fairs, networking events, and client meetings.

Track partnership performance and adapt business development strategies accordingly.

Contribute to the company’s broader expansion goals and regional market strategies.

Requirements:

Passion for international education and strong interest in the B2B education sector.

Experience in business development, partnership management, client-facing sales, or educational services is highly desirable.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; able to communicate with senior leadership at schools and organisations.

Project management experience is a plus.

Fluent in English; additional languages (Mandarin/Cantonese/etc.) are a bonus.

Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with remote working.
