FASHION COORDINATOR

Main Duties

Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

Fashion Product Curation

• Select relevant fashion products from OYSTEO’s brand partners, ensuring alignment with our target audiences and global mindset.
• Curate cohesive looks and visually merchandise partner products into OYSTEO’s content management system (CMS) for the online shop.
• Develop a calendar of looks and content to be featured on the shop homepage, reflecting world events and cultural themes.

Look Creation:

• Create themed “What to Wear” looks and copy inspired by global events and travel themes.
• Develop a calendar of social media assets to promote these looks across META platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest).

Management of ‘What to Wear’ Service:

• Handle email communications for OYSTEO’s ‘What to Wear’ service, catering to personalized look requests from clients, advisors, and affiliates.
• Create personalized look pages and communicate private links to clients based on their specific event or holiday needs.

Emerging Designer Spotlight:

• Identify and recommend emerging designers, preferably on Shopify, for inclusion in OYSTEO’s discovery program and featured on oysteo.com.
• Manage onboarding of emerging brands and products to oysteo.com

The Fashion Coordinator is primarily responsible for the curation and visual merchandising of OYSTEO’s Shop Homepage Looks, Visual merchandising of over 300+ luxury brands in OYSTEO’s Product Shop, and being the sole point of contact for OYSTEO’s ‘What to Wear’ managed program to increase drive sales and traffic to our Affiliate Brand Partners via oysteo.com.
